If you want some steamed rice with teriyaki and a small salad with thousand island dressing, this is the place. A huge fan cools the place and they have beer. On the cafe's tv, Judge Judy seems to have her own channel. This is a classic Southern California, Los Angeles, lunch counter with an Asian bent. A classic and quite tasty. Worth the visit. Nice people. Catch it before it suddenly disappears. God forbid.

The Tulip Cafe - Santa Monica
